Items may be returned up to 14 working days from the date of receipt.

Items are returned at the customer’s cost and in their original packaging or the customer’s secure packaging and undamaged. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the returned items are adequately insured against damage in transit. The customer has a duty of care whilst the items are in their possession and this duty of care will remain the customer’s responsibility until the items have been received at the Ashford Studio.

The Ashford Studio will endeavour to process all returns within three working days of receipt of the return. Refunds will only be made to the account originally used for payment.

We cannot accept returns for tailor-made or personalised goods, which includes commissions, unless damaged in transit. This is as per the Distance Selling Regulations.
